Crew Foreman

Candidates for the position of crew foreman should posses the following qualities:

• Ability work with others in a team and direct crew members in their duties

• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and productively

• Ability to make quick decisions

• Strong customer relations and communication skills

• Organization skills and ability to keep track of job costs and customer invoices

• Some estimating required

• Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs and lawns

• 1-2 Years of experience in landscape/hardscape maintenance and installation strongly preferred

• Prior experience leading a crew highly preferred 

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a clean driving record are required

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Compensation based on experience

Crew Member

Candidates for the position of landscape crew member should posses the following qualities:

• Strong work ethic

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work with others in a team productively

• Willingness to learn

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance and installation is preferred but not necessary

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a clean driving record are required

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Compensation based on experience
